What Counts as "Blocking"?
- • Not moving aside when ambulance has siren on
- • Intentionally blocking emergency vehicle path
- • Refusing to give way at intersections
- • Following too closely behind ambulance
- • Being stuck in traffic with no room to move
- • Emergency vehicle without siren/lights
- • Genuine physical inability to give way
- • Ambulance not on emergency duty
